I'm growing UP!
I'm really growing up! When Dadda met us at the airport he said he almost didn't recognise me. That was on Sunday. I slept the whole way in Mummy's arms - it was all a bit scarey (just like lifts and boats). I've decided that apart from cars, I don't like it when everything moves around me. Mummy got me to walk on the ramp from the plane all by myself by showing me my dummy and walking backwards. That's why I saw Daddy first and said "Dadda!" It's good to be home! Daddy says my legs have got longer and I'm looking slimmer, even my face looks a little different! I'm also walking more upright like the adults! No toddling for me (unless I feel tired). In fact, now I prefer to run instead of walk. When Dad comes home I run full pelt into his arms. Now, I also kiss Mummy on the cheek when I feel like it (but no one else!). As Dorothy the Dinosaur says, I just "grow and grow and GROW!" One of the down-sides of this is that I expect things to go my way even more, but I have learned one thing: I can fake a cry to get what I want!
