Lots of entertaining
I had a lot of visitors this week. Babcia stayed a couple of days, and even my cousin 'Nannah' and aunty Jessica stayed over one night. I've been impressing everyone with my monkey antics on my playgymn. I climb up the slide bare-footed, get onto the ledge, and then while holding the overhead bar I swing down to the floor. I do fall off occasionally, but I know how to avoid hurting myself. I'm very 'adept' as Daddy puts it. Babcia, on the other hand, thinks that all this is too dangerous. Herumph! A few new words I can say include: tea (yes, I've tried the dregs of Mummy's cold (decamfimated??) tea and love it) and teddy - sometimes I cuddle teddy when I feel like it, or when Mummy or Daddy suggest that he wants a cuddle. I like to hide my dummies all around the place, and have several favourite spots (like in the padding Mummy made around the hard corners of the coffee table, or in various book boxes or the lift-up seat of my little car). This is nothing new, but lately when I call out for my 'yummy' Daddy madly looks through all these hiding places for a dummy. Each time, as he looks in a spot I call out 'Niema' in Polish to let him know there isn't a dummy there. I wouldn't have asked for one if I'd hidden one there, now would I?
