Gwynnie, the train and big bed
The day started really boring: mummy had a visitor and talked about tax for an hour. For an hour! I was so good, that I was totally exhausted by the end of it. But then we went to the indoor playground and met Gwynnie. I like Gwynnie. Very much. We jumped on the jumping castle together. Then we went climbing the big people bumpy slide. I fell down quite spectacularly, but mummy caught me and both her and Gwynnie's mummy clapped. Then there was the train. I decided to play it safe and NOT get on (and how many times do I have to say no, mummy?). I got very concerned, however, when I realised that Gwynnie was on. This is dangerous. I almost cried! I even said bye-bye Gwynnie, just in case. Then we went for chippies at MacDonalds. With Gwynnie. We all sat at the table and ate: chips for us and hamburgers for mummies. They both like hamburgers, I'm sure that is good. Then I finished my chippies adn we jumped around among the tables and Gwynnie gave me some of her chips! I like Gwynnie! Then we went home. As soon as we got in I run to Mummy-Daddy bed, climbed under the doona and requested a bot-bot. Mummy made it but moved me to the cot! Blast it! Wait till I get bigger, woman, this is taking unfair advantage just because you are bigger. So I screamed and performed until she put me in teh big bed again. I said I'll go to sleep, but got bored and got off and got put back into the cot. Waaaah! After about 20 min we agreed on the bed again, but I was upset, and couldn't stop complaining and landed in the cot again. Another loud protest and finally I got to have my afternoon nap in the BIG BED. This is the first step in getting out of the cot, people. Watch this space. Catherine
