Holiday, shadows and beaks
They took me for holidays! Terrible. They left most of my toys behind, hardly took any books and did not pack either Bananas in Pyjamas, or Wiggles! Not to mention Humphrey the Bear. I had to go through real deprivation. Lots of driving, a motel room without any ride-on cars, and cute shops. They also tried to get me into the bush. Tolerated the first attempt, but insisted on staying in the car thereafter. The only good things were: a friendly cat, lots of shadows (mummy shadows, daddy shadows, and Catherine shadows) and two quite decent playgrounds in which I spent most of the time. But was it really worth the drive? Discovered that owls have beaks. Very amusing. Catherine

Hello Kasia.
While driving in the car to Harrietville you said to Mummy:
"Mummy bot-bot?" to which she replied that we were driving and she couldn't give you a bot-bot just yet.
Then you said:
"Daddy bot-bot". Again, Mummy said that because Daddy was driving, he couldn't give you a bot-bot.
Then you came out with:
"Mummy no bot-bot ... Daddy no bot-bot ... Mummy no Daddy no bot-bot!"
Just gorgeous!
(and you say 'gorgeous' back to me when I comment about you!)
