life in childcare
Haven't been blogging much lately. It's the childcare thing. Got sick and stayed sick for quite a while. You know, the usual runny nose, cough, burping and changing the bedding in the middle of the night. Now feeling better: I got through the stage of not eating, through the stage of not sleeping because I needed to wake up to eat extra meals, and am slowly catching up on my sleep. A bit tired at times, but I'm sure I'll feel more energetic soon. Then again, I'll probably feel more sick soon! Been to Dorothy the Dinosaur's Birthday Party. She was turning five. Danced and jumped and hugged Dorothy and Henry the Dinosaur at the end. Got a bit teary when it finished: was tired and sad that it is all over. That evening we had a party for Dziadzio. He was turning five too, I guess. I learned 'Happy Birthday' song before he came and sang it to him. He was very impressed. Yea! Also been to a Garfield show: didn't like it. Having a bit of a crisis at the Children's Centre: missing Mummy in the morning. Fortunately, I get better at lunchtime and then she comes back for me. Wendy says that I dance well. At Louisa's I watch TV. Bob the Builder and Playschool and High Five. She's trying to make me do other things, but so far, so good. Other news: we've got fairies in the garden. They leave prezzies of chocolate. Nice fairies. Babcia is in Poland. She went in a plane. Catherine
